I declare that the participating child(ren) (identified above) meet all the necessary conditions to be able to participate in the event and do not have infectious diseases, mental disorders or other illnesses that are not known to the InFun team.

I authorize the participating child(ren), without prejudice to their right to honor and privacy, to be photographed in activities carried out by the entity responsible for the sale and commercialization of photographs – R. Jeronimo – Fotografia , Lda, for commercial purposes of these same records only and only to the guardians of the respective child(ren).

I authorize the participating child(ren), without prejudice to their right to honor and privacy, to be photographed and/or filmed free of charge in the activities developed by the entity organizing the 2026 Carnival event - Duque & Martins, Lda, and the images collected may be used in promotional and/or publicity actions for the services and events of the aforementioned organizing entity, including through its official website and online pages.
